Bastards

I went to eat some cereal today, and was excited to see a box of trix in the cupboard. Trix used to be my favorite, and i hadn't eaten it in years. i grab a huge bowl and start pouring. Different colored spheres tumble out. what the fuck! where are my fruit shaped nuggets? WHERE?! did they cut back on a big part of Trix's awesomeness just to save money? i still ate it, not wanting to waste food, but it didnt taste nearly as good as i remember. It tasted sad, tasted broken.....

    I remember fruity pebbles tasted great, and a few years later it tasted like crap, never again did i delighted myself with the awesome flavor it used to have... it was a sad day indeed.

    Trix was top 3 stuff for me back in the day. With all that sugar, no wonder we were hyper kids...

    they do make some versions where they are fucked and low quality, I remember that as a little kid, going somewhere far away and having some cereal that was the normal brand but just fucked.

    This has happened to me many times, I had a fund memory of some food or game, and after playing or eating it again, I was disappointed.

    maybe it was stale? I don't know I haven't eaten cereal in a long time either but honey bunches of oats was my favorite.
